Mr. Wilson has been the President and CEO of Canadian ecoEquity Corp., a private leasing company since June 1991. Mr. Wilson is also Chief Executive officer of Forbidden Spirits Distilling Corp. (TSX: VDKA), a public craft distillery located in Kelowna, British Columbia. Between June 2004 and January 2006, Mr. Wilson was a Member of Parliament for West Vancouver – Sunshine Coast – Sea to Sky Country and between 1994 and 1996 was a director and CFO of Pan Smak Pizza Inc., a company formerly listed on the TSXV.
Mr. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Victoria and a Chartered Accountants designation from the Canadian Institute of chartered Accountants. Mr. Wilson was a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia until his resignation in 2016.


Mr. Lamb has been the President and CEO of Redhaven Consulting Inc., a boutique firm specializing in CFO services and financial reporting for public companies since May 2021. Mr. Lamb has served as Chief Financial Officer and director of several listed companies on the TSX-V and CSE.  As a founder and executive, Mr. Lamb has played a key role in a variety of significant successful public equity raises, go-public transactions and public offerings used to accelerate growth.  His strong interpersonal and communication skills ensure that all stakeholders are involved, informed and supported in their strategic decision-making roles.
Mr. Lamb earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants while articling for PricewaterhouseCoopers.


Mr. Frederickson has had an entrepreneurial career in the sports, sports betting and iGaming industry with extensive business experience and has been responsible for the creation, design and engineering of numerous commercial and consumer based proprietary products, helping The Skybox Group establish itself in its current market niche.
Mr. Frederickson has committed his activities as a co-founder of The Skybox Group in identifying and delivering a level of quality to the customers and is jointly responsible for the Company’s product development, mergers, acquisitions and global growth opportunities.


Tony is an experienced and passionate sales leader, strategist and influencer who has consistently built winning sales organizations. Having studied theatre in college, Tony used the confidence acting brings you to become very successful in business sales before developing into a motivated sales management professional. Tony has extensive experience building and leading diversified regional and remote based B2B sales teams from start-ups to small business to tier one organizations, from inside sales, call centers, online, retail and corporate sales. As a results oriented sales leader and internal business owner, Tony is well versed in all aspects of business leadership including finance and budgeting, sales and marketing as well as staffing and operations. Tony and his wife recently relocated to the Okanagan valley where they enjoy the lake life with their two dogs while Tony tries hard to improve his golf game.

Ryan Cahoy ( Chief Revenue Officer,Shawnee, KS )

Mr. Cahoy has been involved with LED ticker displays for over 20 years helping evolve the hardware and software products to create solutions for universities, casinos and financial institutions across the US. He has an extensive sales and managerial history in digital media and heads up the Skybox wholesale distributor Network as well as the Rise Display commercial sales division.
Mr. Cahoy Graduated with a B.S. in Economics from South Dakota State University in 1998. Mr. Cahoy has received a certificate for completing the Digital Signage Federation Foundations courses along with certificates from the Digital Signage Experts Group (DSEG) for Digital Signage Certified Expert (DSCE) and Digital Signage Media Expert (DSME). He was elected to the board of directors for the Digital Signage Federation in 2016 and has volunteered for the last 6 years where he is presently the Vice Chairman.

John Jost ( VP Operations,Columbus, OH )

John leads the operations of our sports betting division BetSkybox in Columbus, OH. His principal responsibilities include revenue growth, account management, and regulatory compliance. John brings 9 years of professional experience. Prior to Skybox, he worked in supply chain and contracting for the U.S. Department of Defense and American Electric Power. John also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and MBA from the University of Dayton. Outside of his professional life, John enjoys playing hockey and golf and spending time with his wife and son.

Justin Smith ( Senior Project Manager,Tonganoxie, KS )

Justin manages all logistics and projects from initial placement to site surveys and final installations, he is an organized manager and a critical team member.
Justin has 9 years of experience with Rise Display, he lives in the Kansas City area with his wife, two kids and four pets, he enjoys spending his free time playing music and watching sports.

Daniel Tse ( VP Manufacturing, Shenzhen, China )

Daniel works in Shenzhen for the Skybox Group. He graduated from the University of Shenzhen, majoring in international trade. Daniel was employed by renowned digital signage companies from 2012-2018 in sales management. He is now dedicated to building the brand awareness for the Skybox Group via UI and content development. As the bridge between the Skybox Group and our manufacturers, he is having a deeper understanding from both sides and now stepping forward to implement the strategy to optimize user experience and consequently generate more sales in the expansion of the Skybox Group in the European market.

Aaron (Rico) Gladish ( Newsroom Director, Victoria, British Columbia )

Rico is Skybox Sports Network’s Newsroom Director and our longest-term employee. He manages two shifts per day, 365 days a year, schedules content, trains new staff, and proves his dependability over and over again. Aaron’s professional approach and experience sets the standards to his support staff and they all look to his leadership and dedication to the final product.

Jim Mahoney ( Sales Account Executive,Wantagh, NY )

Jim has over 35 years of experience in consultative sales, marketing and management with expertise in the ticker and digital signage marketplace. Jim is a product specialist that
represents the retail, education, hospitality and gaming industry sectors.

Joe Hawk ( Sales Account Executive,Oakdale, PA )

With nearly 15 years of technology sales, Joe Hawk has been focusing on LED ticker sales with Rise Display the last 12. His industries of concentration have been higher education, with particular attention on assisting business schools build out dedicated finance lab spaces, K12, corporate & financial offices, retail, and sports bars & casinos.
